About the Event
Fit Night is a free monthly community walk and run event hosted at Brown's Shoe Fit Co. in Ames, IA. Every third Thursday from May through October, participants of all fitness levels are welcome to join us for a fun, active evening.
Ames is home to one of our most vibrant Fit Night communities. Join students, families, and neighbors every third Thursday for a walk or run, followed by refreshments and great conversation. All paces welcome—this is about movement and connection.

Refreshments
Enjoy complimentary refreshments after the event. Tropical Smoothie Cafe Ames provides refreshments every month.
Prize Drawing
Names are drawn for prizes at the end of each event. You must be present to win!
